Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have a very active Patient Participation Group (PPG) which meets 4 times a year. This is an opportunity for our patients to help shape local health services. The practice aims to ensure the group is reflective of its practice population to ensure it reaches as many groups of patients as possible. If you would like to be a member please enquire with the practice manager who can give you an application form if there are places available. We will ask members of this representative group some questions from time to time, we will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

Arnos Grove has had a PPG since 1998 when it used to meet twice a year. Now the PPG meets 4 times a year and has had a fresh lease of life injected into it, given the addition of some great members who are passionate about healthcare and services offered by the practice. Please keep an eye on this website for PPG updates and the PPG noticeboard in the waiting area where the minutes of the most recent PPG meetings are posted along with a ‘You Said, We Did’ poster to summarise what has been happening.

The PPG group has welcomed one of our patients, Litsa, as the Chair, who is also the elected patient representative lay member on the Enfield Clinical Commissioning Group (ECCG) Governing Body. We always welcome your suggestions and strive to be able to offer excellent healthcare. You may sometimes receive a text message inviting you to attend a Patient Participation Group Meeting here at the practice, please come as we value your ideas and input.
