Disabled Access
Our surgery has wheelchair access and disabled toilet facilities upon entering the premises (yellow door). There is also a ramp which leads up the pathway to the surgery from the car park too for those who find it easier to use with hand rails to help you. The front doors to the premises are DDA compliant and work by sensors.
Interpreter services: We also have access to language line and you can request interpreters for your appointments should you require, these appointments will also be longer to accommodate translation services, you are also welcome to bring someone who can translate for you but we would advise you to not bring children for translating purposes as it may not be appropriate in some cases.
Hearing Loop: We have a portable hearing loop at reception, please ask should you require the use of this.
