Phone Lines Access Resolved

We are happy to update you on the progress of the phone lines access issue. We believe you should not be getting a ‘surgery is closed’ message and you should be able to get through without any issues when calling the practice now, having spoken to Surgery Connect (X-on) our telephone provider. Please listen to the entire message and follow the options stated to get through to us. If you have any issues please feel free to email us and we will look into this.
