We actively monitor our Did Not Attend (DNA) rates and will also telephone you to find out why you could not attend your appointment.

We do audit our DNA rates- keep a look out on the practice noticeboard and our website to see how we are doing with your help. Please be reminded, both nurse and GP appointments are always needed by another patient and if you do not need it, someone else can be given your slot if you tell us early enough! Please be considerate when you cannot attend and cancel as early as possible to help us help you.
